I specialize in designing exercise programs for osteoporosis and have extensive experience in providing education and training development to exercise professionals. I offer consulting services to organizations seeking to implement bone health exercise initiatives in their facilities.

I’m Kavita, a dedicated physical therapist with over 30 years of clinical experience and a subject matter expert in bone health and osteoporosis exercise. I’m committed to educating others, raising awareness, and promoting lifestyle habits that support healthy bones. My approach is holistic and person-centered, inspiring individuals to take control of their health and make lifelong commitments to fitness and wellness.
I am a lead trainer for the BoneFit USA course through the Bone Health & Osteoporosis Foundation, a volunteer with NJ Project Healthy Bones, and a member of the American Physical Therapy Association's Bone Health Special Interest Group.
I believe in the power of knowledge and am driven to pursue lifelong learning. A decade ago, I earned my doctorate, and my journey hasn’t stopped there. Now, I’m on my way to becoming a health coach, expanding my expertise to empower others on their path to well-being.

Outside of work, I enjoy Bollywood music and dance, action-adventure films, quirky detective shows, traveling, strolling through parks, and getting lost in a good murder-mystery novel.
