Each session is a collaborative conversation focused on you and your goals. We start by checking in on progress since the last session and reflecting on successes or challenges. Together, we clarify priorities, identify small, actionable steps, and problem-solve any obstacles. You leave with clear next steps, strategies to stay on track, and a sense of accountability to maintain momentum between sessions.
Coaching is not about judgment or quick fixes—it’s about supporting sustainable behavior change and moving steadily toward your personal vision of health and wellness.

Ideal for individuals seeking structured guidance in areas such as physical activity, weight management, stress reduction, sleep optimization, or other long-term health goals.
Program & Payment Details:
• Virtual sessions: 30-60 minutes
• Program duration: 1x/week for 3 months (recommended)
