Bone Health Fitness – Strengthen, Protect, and Move with Confidence
I offer bone health fitness services for individuals at risk of or diagnosed with low bone density (osteopenia or osteoporosis). These in-person and/or virtual sessions are designed according to evidenced-based exercise recommendations that focus on resistance training, balance/agility, posture, and flexibility exercises to support bone health across the lifespan.
What to Expect:
• Progressive resistance (strength) training
• Core and back strengthening exercises
• Balance and agility training
• Posture exercises
• Flexibility exercises
• Weight-bearing/impact exercises
*Early sessions prioritize building a strong foundation by emphasizing core exercises and safe movement patterns. This approach ensures proper form and alignment, reduces the risk of injury, and prepares the body to safely progress to more advanced exercises and increased resistance.
Who Can Benefit:
Men and women, particularly those in mid-life, looking to start or refine a bone-friendly fitness program that supports long-term bone health.

• In-home, one-on-one fitness workouts
• Starts with an initial consultation to identify your needs and establish a baseline
• Recommended program duration: 8 to 16 sessions (or more) tailored to your fitness level and goals
