No Referral Needed – Direct Access in New Jersey
• You can begin physical therapy without a doctor’s referral. During your initial evaluation and first few sessions, I’ll assess whether a medical consultation is necessary before continuing treatment.
Payment & Insurance:
• Cash-based services (insurance is not accepted). I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
• Medicare Notice: I am not an enrolled Medicare provider. If you are covered under Medicare, I’m happy to refer you to providers who accept it.
